Puyallup Online Academy

 I would like to take a few minutes to thank all the Puyallup Digital Learning staff and teachers for making this school year great in 2024. I want to send a thank you because you deserve to be thanked. You guys mean a lot to me, thanks for everything!

My son wants to go to school today, all day. He says he prefers to be at PDL as it's a safe space (previous school was not) with little distractions (away from his bed, games, TV). So, his dad will be dropping him off on his way to work.

Thanks so much and I can't thank the whole PDL enough for keeping me accountable and helping me better my life. Your classes were more than helpful and a motivation for me to keep going. All of you guys change lives and I'm more than thankful!

Puyallup Digital Learning was an excellent alternative to in-building education for my student. My student was able to manage his classes with ease with the dashboard and I could easily monitor his progress. There was plenty of educational support, his teachers were very attentive.  The staff made the labs welcoming and accommodated all styles of learning with varied atmospheres provided for studying.  They also offered different events for socializing and to make it easier for students to have social connections. Now that my student has moved on to post high school education, he is fully prepared for online learning as we navigate the stay safe orders in place during the pandemic.  I had so many concerns in making the decision to move to PDL, but now know it was a sound choice for my student. Thank you PDL staff for your efforts to meet student needs.
